With the 2013 Confederations Cup being the next highlight on the international calender, adidas have teamed up with the world's #1 ranked team to unveil an updated look for the European and World champions. Take a look at Spain's 2013 Confederations Cup kit modelled (of course) by all adidas players!
The reworked look maintains many of the key elements of the last design but brings a striking new chevron neckline below the collar – a feature reminiscent of past Nike jerseys! It certainly shakes things up, offering a nod to past Spanish shirts of yesteryear. Take a look below and let us know what you think.
The adidas logo sits above the FIFA 2010 World Cup Champions badge on the right side of the imposing V shape. The collar design has been reworked from the yellow-trimmed round-neck look that the Spanish team wore during their European success in Poland/Ukraine. The official unveiling recently took place in Las Rozas, Madrid.
Spain finished third in the 2009 Confederations Cup held in South Africa. They will be hoping for a more successful campaign in Brazil 2013, setting up a potential hat-trick of major international tournaments ahead of the 2014 World Cup.
